About Payne & du Toit

At Payne & du Toit, we are here for you. Our team is passionate, experienced, and dedicated to ensuring you get the optimal outcome for your case.  Unlike other firms who process cases in an assembly line fashion, we handle cases with our clients in mind, and craft a tailored plan that is specific to our clients' needs and helps them reach their desired objectives.

Our attorneys spent years defending large companies in high stakes, complex personal injury and wrongful death litigation. We know how to evaluate a case, advise you of your rights, and zealously litigate your case from start to finish.

Chess Board

Our Team

Our founding partners, Catherine Payne and Anne Marie du Toit have more than 20 years combined experience representing defendants in a wide range of civil matters. This background gives us valuable insight into managing cases from inception to trial and beyond.
